Madison Abigail Paqueo, Clarksville, died Monday, October 20, 2008, at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Madison was born September 24, 2008 in Nashville, TN, daughter of Allen and Danielle Mader Paqueo. In addition to her parents she is survived by a sister Kristina Paqueo; maternal grandparents Kim Mader, Clarksville and Mark & Sarah Mader of OH; paternal grandparents Patricia and Dennis Turgeon of Wisconsin. She was preceded in death by her grandfather Felicisimo Paqueo.
