Madeline Rose Butler, 5 of Clarksville, TN passed away on Saturday, April 10, 2021. She was born on February 25, 2016 in Nashville, TN to Morgan and Adrian Butler.
Madeline loved being with family and hanging out with her Papaw, aquatic therapy, and watching her favorite TV show Bluey.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her sisters, Alanna and Audri Mansell, and many loving family members and friends.
A Celebration of Life will be held by Madeline's family at a later date.
