Frances Spencer

A Celebration of Life service for Lottye "Frances" Spencer, 72, of Palmyra, TN will be Saturday, February 22, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Collins officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:30 until the hour of service. 

Frances was born on July 20, 1952 in Clarksville, TN to Liston and Dora Gaither. Frances was the ultimate homemaker, she loved to cook, quilt, and to craft. She also enjoyed hunting and fishing. Frances was a member of the Red Hat Society and Liverworth Church of God of Prophecy. She enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. 

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Richard Eugene Spencer, step-daughter, Denise Spencer Pond, siblings, Mary Alice Jackson, Mildred Zander, Martha Jane Arms, Rubye Potter, Lois Collins, Russel Gaither. She is survived by her children: Mickey (Mandie) Neblett, Sherry (Gil) Magallanes, Kristie (Ron) Kovack, and Randy Neblett; siblings, Dorothy Carlson and Carl Edward Gaither; grandchildren: Michael (Cierra) Neblett, Marshall (Katie) Neblett, Justin (Megan) Robinson, Sandra Neblett, Jamie (Alex) Lee, Sheldon Kovack, Ryan Neblett, Kaylee Neblett, Matthew Neblett, and Alejandra Neblett; and 6 great-grandchildren.
