Lloyd Copeland

Lloyd Junior Copeland, age 83, of Clarksville TN, passed away on January 18, 2024 in Nashville, TN. He was born at home on August 5, 1940 to Flora Dell (Johnson) and Clarence Monroe Copeland in Tahlequah, OK.

Lloyd worked in trucking until his retirement. He enjoyed bowling, a good joke, and making people laugh. He was a cherished uncle to many. We will miss his love and humor.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his brothers Johnny LeRoy and Billy Gene; and his beloved wife of 54 years, Lucy. Lloyd is survived by his siblings Diana (Luther) Welty of Yuba City, Loretta (Daniel) Voboril of Olivehurst, CA, Donna Sanchez of Yuba City, CA, Clarence (Debbie) of Oroville, CA, and Carol (James) Lyle of Yuba City, CA; daughters: Jovita (Mark) Torres of Linda, CA, Susan (Mike) Dawson of Pahrump, NV, and Kimberly (William) Hamilton of Clarksville, TN; his grandchildren Anthony (Trixie) Torres of Sacramento, CA, Benjamin (Jessica) Torres of Kent, WA, Shawnee Young of Pahrump, NV, Cody Young of Pahrump, NV, and Karis Hamilton (Nick Lewis) of Clarksville, TN; and his great-grandchildren Zachary, Andrew, and Joshua Torres, Isabella and Benny Torres, Jase and Ezra Young, and Bowen and Raimey Lewis.
