Linda Horsey

A Celebration of Life service for Linda Faye Horsey, age 76 of Clarksville, will be Sunday, October 11, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Louise United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 12:00 PM until the time of service. Linda passed away on Tuesday, October 6, 2020 at Walking Horse Meadows. She was born on June 28, 1944 in Stewart County, TN to Alton and Viola Wallace Heflin. Linda enjoyed working many years for Montgomery Central Middle and High Schools. She enjoyed gardening, spending time with family, and watching her court tv shows. Linda was a devoted wife, loving mother, and wonderful grandmother.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Philip Horsey. She is survived by her sons, Andrew Philip Horsey (Jennifer) and Matt Carter Horsey (Niki); 5 grandchildren; sister, Brenda (Kenneth) Atkins; and brothers, Bruce (Barbara) Heflin and George (Pat) Heflin.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Louise United Methodist Church.
