Lillie Mai Heaton McDaniel, age 76, of Clarksville passed away Sunday, December 24, 2012 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Funeral Services will be at 11:00 a.m. Friday, December 28, 2012 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Fambrough officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 27, 2012 and 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service on Friday at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
She was born January 18, 1936 in Montgomery County to the late Riley Leslie Heaton, Sr. and the late Willie Mai Godsey Heaton. She was also preceded in death by four brothers. She was employed as a CNA at Clarksville Memorial Hospital for 30 years and was a member of Memorial Baptist Church.
She is survived by husband, Spencer McDaniel; son, Barry (Amanda) McDaniel and a sister, Anna Bell Sanders.
Pallbearers will be David Baggett, Dennis Crews, Ron Schmittou, David Green, Bill Grooms and Jerry Steele.
