Lewis Dudley Bumpus, Sr.

 Lewis Dudley Bumpus, Sr., age 75, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on December 8, 2023. He was born on September 3, 1948  to Lonnie and Mildred Bumpus. Lewis was a former Director of Montgomery County Landfill and Williamson County Landfill, but his true calling was farming. He loved farming his land and raising and training horses and mules.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his son, Lonnie Thomas Bumpus and brother, Lynn Corlew Bumpus. Lewis is survived by his son, Lewis Bumpus, Jr. and his wife Jennifer; step-mother, Doris Bumpus; step-father, Jim Milliken; step-brother, Mike Baggett; grandchildren: Marissa Puckett and Easton Bumpus; and great-grandson, Eric Thomas Puckett.

A private service for the family will be held at a later date.
