Graveside Funeral services for Leonard Lamar Cook, Jr., 67 of Clarksville, will be Friday, June 12, 2015 at 10:00 am at the KY Veteran's West Cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 11, 2015 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
Leonard passed away on Monday, June 08, at Clarksville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He was born on April 09, 1948 in Gadsen, AL to Leonard Cook Sr and Billa Nance Cook. He was retired from the US Air Force.
He is survived by his daughter, Amber (Roger) Morris; sons, Jason (Katherine)Cook and Brandon Cook. brothers; Michael and Douglas Cook; sister, Angela Matlock, also 4 grandchildren survive.
