Memorial services for Lela May Beatty, age 83 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, April 1st, 2017 at 1:00 PM at Blooming Grove Baptist Church. Inurnment will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
Lela passed away on Monday, March 20, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on February 23, 1934 in Ilion, NY to Linus and Lela Fitch.
She was a member of Blooming Grove Baptist Church, and served in the United States Navy.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, US Navy (Ret) LCDR John R. Beatty.
She is survived by her son, John R. Beatty, and daughter, Lee Ann Soneberg (John).
