Lawrence H. Baggett, 81 of Clarksville, passed away Thursday, May 19, 2011 at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral service will be at 4:00 p.m. Sunday, May 22, 2011 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Shepherd officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Mr. Baggett was born June 10, 1929 in Clarksville, Tennessee, son of the late Frank and Nellie Rives Baggett. He was a veteran of the US Army, served during the Korean War and retired from Civil Service work at Ft. Campbell, Ky.
Mr. Baggett is survived by his wife Linda Rose Baggett, sons; Duane (Lisa) Baggett, Gary Baggett, daughter; Kecia (Vic) Carroll, brother, John (Peggy) Baggett of Clarksville, five grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Online condolences may be made at www.sykesfuneralhome.com
