Laura Jane Boss, age 90 of Southside passed away Thursday at her home. Funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday 12:00 noon at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Black officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service. Burial will follow in Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Boss was born February 7, 1921 in New Hope, AL, to the late William Delbert Lemley and Nanny B. Farmer Lemley. She was preceded in death by her husband Tyree Dexter Boss, and sons Edward Lee Boss and Tyree Eugene Boss.
