Kathleen "Kathy" Margaret Thompson

A Celebration of Life service for Kathleen "Kathy" Margaret Thompson, 68, of Clarksville, will be held on Saturday July 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Pastor Mike Burnette officiating. The family will receive friends on Saturday from 11:00 AM until the hour of service. 

Kathy was born on July 29, 1955 in Anchorage, Alaska to Andrew and Grace Fox. She was a member of LifePoint Church. Kathy was an avid quilter and a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Kathy touched the lives of everyone she met. She never met a stranger, they always left as a lifelong friend.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her son, Leon Thompson. Kathy is survived by her husband, of 50 1/2 years, Darrell Thompson, children, Kim (Dave Keenom) Cline, Grandchildren, Emma Rose Cline and Eli Matthew Cline, siblings Ed (Cathy) Fox, Mike Fox, Pam Fox, Pat Helms, and Kevin Fox, and nieces and nephews.
