Julie K. Bernier, age 74 of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2013 at her residence. No services are planned. Miss Bernier was born January 8, 1939 in Haunstetten, Germany to the late Christian Martin Johann Latendin and Anna nee Bachinger Latendin. She worked the majority of her life in adult care in the home health industry and was an avid gardener. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter, Denise Ritenour. She is survived by her daughter, Janet Stuart; son, Robert Michael Bernier; sister, Roswitha Catt; grandchildren, Zach, Julia Rainy, Caleb, Joshua, Gabrielle; and 9 great-grandchildren.
