Judy passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 at her residence. She was born on September 20, 1956 in Spokane, Washington to Arthur Vernon Bradley and Shirley Marie Bradley. Judy is preceded in death by her brother Arthur Vernon Bradley, Jr. She is survived by her parents Arthur Vernon Bradley and Shirley Marie Naron, sons, William Scott Howard, Steve Allen Eller, Sean Paul Smith, daughter, Syndi Louise Carlson (Eddie), grandchildren, Cyra, Jonathyn, and Jaedra, and brothers, David Bradley (Allison) and Andrew Bradley (Joy).

Memorial Services will be held at 5 PM on November 5th at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints,
