Juanita Reed Jackson

Juanita Reed Jackson, age 68, passed away on October 15, 2021 at her home. She was born on August 27, 1953 in Alexandria, LA to A.C. and Edna Thomas Jackson.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her daughter, Nyree Jackson; sister, Pauline Anderson and brother, Eddie Ray Anderson. Juanita is survived by her children: Angela Murphy, LaShawn Morrow, DeMorris Jones, and LaFonda R. Reed; siblings: Annie Merl Bowers and Delois Mims; and dearest friends, Ola Hunter and Kathy Gadison. She is also survived by her 19 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.

She liked old westerns and enjoyed watching shows such as; The Rifleman, Andy Griffith, and Bonanza. She was a wonderful cook and loved spending time with her family.
