Adam Ryan Souza, Jr., Clarksville, died Thursday, October 21, 2009, at Gateway Medical Center. A memorial service will be held at 2:30 p.m. Saturday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Adam was born October 21, 2009, son of Adam Ryan Souza and Margaret Nora Patton.
In addition to his parents he is survived by a sister Alexis Mae Patton, and grandparents Wayne Potter, Tamara Souza and Colleen Okray.
