He was born on May 5, 1970 in Brooklyn, NY to Joseph Patrick Gallagher, Sr and the late Catherilne C. Gallagher.
He was the owner of Life Aid Medical.
He is survived by his father, Joseph Patrick Gallagher, Sr.; sons Joseph P. Gallagher III, Shawn Gallagher; daughter, Gabby Gallagher; step-sister Barbara Hatcher.
