Joyce Ann Gray Phillips, 61, Clarksville died Friday, May 13, 2011 at Grace Healthcare. A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday May 22, 2011 details to be announced by family.
Mrs. Phillips was born April 30, 1950 in Beech Bottom, West Virginia, daughter of the late Walter and Rebecca Gray. Mrs. Phillips was a devoted and giving "Nana" to many and loved caring for her children, grandchildren, great-grandson, nieces and nephews. She will be deeply missed by everyone that knew and loved her.
Mrs. Phillips is survived by husband; Myron A. Phillips, daughters; Michelle (Michael) Reda, Melissa (Keith) Van Ert, Marie (John) McKnight, Ruby Phillips, step-daughters; Terra, Trina and Tasha, brother; Raymond (Lynda) Gray, 15 grandchildren and one great-grandson, three aunts and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank Mid-South Funeral Care, Dr. Jigar Shah, Mary Beth from the Oncology floor and Renee Bagwell at ICU at Gateway for all the loving care they showed our mother.
