Jose Alberto Vazquez, age 79 of Clarksville passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 at Signature Healthcare in Erin. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Memorial Service will be at 11:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jon Justice officiating.
He was born in Naguabo, PR on February 23, 1935 to the late Serafin and Providencia Santana Vazquez.
He was retired from the US Army and worked as a Technician in the Heating and Cooling Industry. He was a Protestant.
He is survived by his wife, Anne M. Vazquez; son, Luis A. Vazquez; daughters, Carmen I. Vazquez, Delia Sabourin; grandchildren, Rosln Vazquez, Carmen Vazquez, Victor Vazquez and great-grandchildren, Olliver Taylor and Lluna Taylor.
