John Joseph Smith, age 31, of Clarksville, TN passed away March 14, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. John was born July 3, 1983 in Oroville, CA. He was the son of Alice Douglas of Clarksville, TN and Daniel Douglas, of KY. In addition to his parents he is survived by his children; Myla Smith, Kamara Smith, Ilana Smith and Wyatt Smith; Sister, Danielle Smith; brother, Clay Harper; Uncles, James Smith, Sampson Smith, Joseph Smith, Davie Smith, Timmie Smith, Bobby McAllister, Tommy McAllister and companion Courtney Belew.
