Mr. John R. Beatty, age 86 of Clarksville, TN passed away March 31, 2012 at Brookdale Senior Living. No public service will be held.

Mr. Beatty was born Feb. 11, 1926 in Glasgow, KY to the late Roy L. Beatty and Mattie J. Reid Beatty. He was of the Christian faith and was retired from the US Navy as a Lt. Commander.
He is survived by his wife, Lela May Fitch Beatty of Clarksville, one son, John Richard Beatty of Clarksville and one daughter Lee Ann Soneberg of Big Bend, WI.
