She was born on March 25, 1942 in Clarksville, TN to the late Edward Curtis and Rachel Osborne Johnson.
She was a homemaker and retired as a Nurses Tech from the Health Care Industry.
Survivors include brothers, Edward (Diana) Johnson and Dan D. Johnson.
