The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Thursday at Mallory's United Methodist Church with Rev. William Redding officiating.
Burial will be in Mallory's Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Sykes Funeral Home and from 9:30 a.m. until hour of service Thursday at Mallory's United Methodist Church.
Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Pace was born November 6, 1937 in Cheatham County to the late Houston and the late Tula Nicholson Pace. He was also preceded in death by a son, Jimmy Allen Pace and a brother, Johnny Pace.
He was a member of Masonic Lodge #604 for 35 years. He was also Scout Master for Troup 545 and coached Jr. Pro at West Cheatham.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Rachel Bagwell Pace; sons, Jon Michael (Tamera) Pace of Ashland City, Robert Pace of Alaska; granddaughters, Madison Pace and Callie Morris; niece Judy Nessim and great-niece Rachel Nessim of Florida; great-nephew Brandon Bagwell of Clarksville; great-niece Samantha Bagwell of Clarksville, and many other relatives.
