Jeanette Holland Greer, age 85, of Clarksville passed away Tuesday, February 4, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. The funeral will be at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 8, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Jon Justice officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service on Saturday at the Funeral Home. A private burial will take place on Monday, February 10, 2014 at Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West.
She was born in Metter, GA on August 21, 1928 to the late Enoch and Annie Laura McGahee. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Samuel E. Greer, Sr.
She is survived by her children, Samuel E. (Jackie) Greer, Jr. of Toney, AL, Laura (Jim) Grater of Clarksville; grandchildren, Jennifer, Daniel, Skylor, Kelsie; great-grandchildren, Spencer, Christian and Riley, Miley and Cassie.
