Jean Perez

A memorial service for Jean Arlene Perez, age 63 of Clarksville, will be Saturday February 9, 2019 at 3:00 PM at Woodlawn Community Church.  The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the time of service.
Jean  passed away on Friday, February 1, 2019 at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville, TN.  She was born on May 25, 1955 in Quincy, IL to George Junior and Mary Helen Walton Jones.  She was an active member of Woodlawn Community Church and enjoyed doing crafts, such as beading and painting.
Jean is preceded in death by her parents; her brother, George Alan Jones; and sisters, Mary Christine Jones and Jane Gladys Summers. She is survived by her husband, Manuel Perez of Clarksville; sons, Scot Woodhurst(Jamie) and Jason Woodhurst; sisters Georgia Ann Fitzpatrick and Judy Elledge; and grandchildren, Ashley McLaughlin, Dustin Woodhurst, Zachary Woodhurst, Emily Woodhurst, Olivia Woodhurst, and Ashlee Peterson.

In lieu of flowers, guests may make a donation to Woodlawn Community Church Upward Sports, if they wish.
