Jayce Dean Halbert, age 1 month, passed away Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2013 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jon Justice officiating.
He was born September 9, 2013 in Clarksville, TN to Cheyanne (Levi West) Halbert. He is also survived by his grandparents, Jeff and Brandy Jones.
