Jannie Josephine Harrison Clawson, 59, Clarksville, died Wednesday, July 29, 2009, at Cookeville Regional Medical Center. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Elder Wayne A. Hayes officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Monday at the funeral home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Clawson was born June 22, 1950, daughter of the late James Eddie and Elsie Pauline Heflin Harrison. She was preceded in death by her brother Dalton Harrison. She was a retired food service employee. She is survived by her husband Charles Clawson; sons Mark Anthony Glenn, Clarksville; John Stephen Meagher, Knoxville;brothers Delmar Harrison, Clarksville and Donnie Harrison of GA; sister Claudine Rye of Clarksville. She has twelve grandchildren and one great grandchild. Pallbearers will be Mark Glenn, Steve Meagher, Charles Clawson, Jr.,Duwayne Clawson, Ricky Clawson, Dan Hardin and Adrian Clawson.
