Janis Harrison Neblett, age 79, of Clarksville passed away Sunday, October 5, 2014 at Signature Healthcare of Clarksville. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangement. The funeral service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation will be 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2014 until the hour of service. Burial will follow in Wilee's Chapel Cemetery.
She was born in Stewart County, TN to the late Earl and Alice Jackson Marshall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Harrison and daughter, Kathy Mulcahy. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and an employee for Bootster Manufacturing Company for over 20 years.
She is survived by husband, Clarence Neblett; son, Larry E. (Judy) Harrison; daughter, Carolyn (Robert) Yarbrough; brother, Roland Marshall; sister, Vira (Tanner) Wyatt; step-son, Charles Neblett; step-daughter, Carolyn (Darrell) Keeler; 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 8 step-grandchildren and 12 step-great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
