Janie Lee Perry Hartley, age 79 of Clarksville, formerly of Thonotosassa, FL passed away Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A Graveside Service will be held 11:00 a.m. Thursday, July 3, 2014 at the Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL.
She was born in Decherd, TN on June 23, 1935 to the late Holman and Alice King Perry. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Zepho Hartley; son, Johnny Hartley. She was a homemaker.
She is survived by daughter, Karen DeWitt; brother, Gene (Carol) Perry; sisters, Frances Swinson, Ola Ann Housekeeper; 3 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
