Jane Frances McLaggan, 88, Clarksville, died Monday, March 8, 2010, at her home. The funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Father David Kennedy officiating. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 7:00 p.m. Friday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. McLaggan was born July 23, 1921 in Fulton, NY, daughter of Mahlon and Lottie Richardson Perchway. She retired from a retail clothing store. Mrs. McLaggan was preceded in death by her husband Clarence in 1994, a son Raymond in 2007, son Wayne 1982, grandson Jason Drake, Sr. 2009, sisters Mary Lou Smith, Elaine Huff, Margaret Perchway and granddaughter Samantha McLaggan. Mrs. McLaggan is survived by daughters Diane (Garry) Schneider, Linda (Joe) Hoffman, JoAnn (Mike) Benson all of Florida. Barbara (Charles) Drake, TN, Kathy McLaggan, NY, Janet Lane, VA, Cindy (Bill) Palmer, Jackie Morrow and (Robert Gibson). Also survived by her son Clarence McLaggan, Jr. and a sister Greta Shattell of NY. She has 40 grandchildren and 41 great grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Robert Gibson, Bill McDonald, Richard Morrow, John Erikson, David Daniel and Jamie Horn.
