James "Doc" Perrigo

Funeral service for James "Doc" Perrigo, age 87 of Goodletsville, will be Thursday, Dec 28, 2017 at 1:00 PM at McFerrin Missionary Baptist Church. Brother Johnny Carver will officiate. Burial will follow at Spring Hill Cemetery . The family will receive friends on Thursday, Dec 28, 2017 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM at McFerrin Missionary Baptist Church.
Doc passed away on Friday, Dec 22, 2017 at Skyline Medical Center. He was born on April 8, 1930 in Smith County, TN to Dewey and Ola Perrigo. He was an active member of McFerrin Missionary Baptist Church.
He is preceded in death by his son Ricky Perrigo, and survived by son, Dewey (Andrea) Perrigo, grandsons, Colin and Shane Perrigo, and granddaughter, Dylan (Bruno) Abramoff, and great grandsons; Elias and Otto.
Doc was a veteran of United States Army where he served in the Korean War. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society at LLS.org
