James Price, age 65 of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
A Memorial Service will be 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends from 1:00 p.m. until the hour of service on Sunday, April 12, 2015 at the funeral home.
James was born September 15, 1949 in Danville, VA to the late James Clifton Jones and the late Sarah E. Price Towler. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Nellie Faye Price. He was employed in the Construction Industry.
He is survived by his daughter, Doris McGirt (Daniel Lowry); step-daughters, Tina Price Baldwin, Brenda McCaleb; brothers, David Towler, Douglas Towler; sisters, Annie Pearl (Ervin) Motley, Sheila (Anthony) Tunstall, Sharon (Charlie) Vaden; grandchildren, SSG Jerrold Wesley (Lavern) Carter, Jr., Kimberly Nicole (Andy) Joseph and 5 great-grandchildren.
