Funeral services for James Ray"Bud" Perry, age 81 of Clarksville, will be Sunday, Aug 06, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Saturday, Aug 05, 2017 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and Sunday, Aug 06, 2017 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM Sykes Funeral Home.
James passed away on Wednesday, Aug 02, 2017 at Tennova Healthcare. He was born on June 18, 1936 in Montgomery County, TN to Luther Perry and Lillian Perry. He was a member of McAdoo Cumberland Presbyterian Church. He was a brick mason and owner of Mobley and Perry Construction. He loved to fish and loved his family. In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by; two daughters, Judy Ann Coakley and Kathleen(Kathy)Story, two grandchildren, Michelle Coakley, and Perry Story, one brother, Lawrence Bobby Perry.
He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Bona Perry; daughter, Jamie (Michael) Byard; son-in-laws, Garry Story, Michael Coakley and Bill Malone; sister, Martha Knight; brother, Larry (Tonya) Perry; sister-in-Law, Billie Perry; grandchildren, Heather Coakley; Katherine Story, Jessie Holt; great-grandchild, Brittany Coakley, and Kimberly Jones.
