James Hillard Miles, age 84 of Clarksville passed away on January 23, 2012 at Spring Meadows Healthcare. Visitation will be Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at 11:00 a.m. at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Sango Cemetery. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory, Inc is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Miles was born April 8, 1927 in Cheatham County, son of the late Joseph Oscar Miles and Britty Adkins Miles. He was preceded in death by his wife Virginia Lucille Warren Miles.
Mr. Miles was a carpenter and farmer, and attended the Stroudsville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his daughter Peggy Bousman of Clarksville, his sister Louise Delius of Nashville, and grandsons William and Michael Bousman of Clarksville.
