Jackson Kozina

Jackson Crew Kozina, passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019 at Vanderbilt Children's Hospital.  He was born on July 10, 2019 in Nashville, TN to Cody and Lisa Kozina. In addition to his parents, Jackson is survived by sisters, Annistyn and Everly Kozina; his paternal grandparents, Edward (Julie) Kozina and Deanna (Kevin) Mahoney; his maternal grandparents, Robert and Manuela Leonhardt; his paternal great-grandparents, Stanley and Dinah Kozina; his uncles, Cody Leonhardt and Austin Mahoney; and his aunts, Emily Kozina, Kara Mitchell, and Erin Mahoney.
