Howard Abby Parsons age 84 of Clarksville passed away on Wednesday, Nov 11, 2015 at Gateway Medical Center. He was born on Dec 25, 1930 in New York. He retired out of the United States army where he served in both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. He also later retired from Civil Service. He was a member of the VFW. Howard was the most honest, kind, unselfish, and loyal man. He was loved and respected by all that knew him. What a positive difference he made in this world.
Howard was preceded in death by his wife Velma Jane Parsons. He is survived by sons; Norman (Tara) Quirion and Steven(Chelsea) Dennis, and grandchildren; Logan Dennis, Brooklyn Dennis, Sadie Canady and Kyle Bartlett. Online condolences may be made at sykesfuneralhome.com
