Hixie "Ginny" Virginia Wolard

A Celebration of Life service for Hixie Virginia "Ginny" Wolard, age 91, of Clarksville, TN, will be Friday, October 4, 2024 at 3:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Kail officiating. Burial will follow at Pleasant View Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00 PM until the time of service. 

Ginny was born on January 28, 1933 in Clarksville to Thomas and Mary Wallace. She passed away on September 30, 2024. Ginny enjoyed spending time with her family, camping, and McDonald's coffee.

In addition to her parents, Ginny is preceded in death by her first husband, Wesley Darnell and second husband, John Wolard; and grandchild, Kelly Darnell. She is survived by her children: Roger (Connie) Darnell, Pam Rosales, Tim (Kim) Darnell, Trudy Wright, and Charles (Lisa) Darnell; sister, Helen; 14 grandchildren; 34 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren.
