Henry Lipscomb

Henry Thomas Lipscomb, 92, Chapmansboro, died Tuesday, October 20, 2009, at his residence. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. today at Brewers Chapel UMC with Rev. Peg Augustine and Jack Brooks officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service today at the church at the church. Mr. Lipscomb was born August 5, 1917 in Chapmansboro, TN, son of the late Thomas Albert and Jennie Baggett Lipscomb. He was preceded in death by his wife Carlene Winters Lipscomb, and two sisters Virginia Johnson and Aquilla Winters. He was a farmer and member of Brewers Chapel United Methodist Church. Survived by his son Gary Lipscomb of Mandeville, LA, and granddaughter Alicia Lipscomb.
