Funeral services for Hazel Baggett Pepper, age 82 of Clarksville, will be Saturday, Sept. 10, 2016 at 1:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel. Dr. Larry Robertson and Rev. Steve Baggett will officiate. Burial will follow in the Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Friday, Sept. 09, 2016 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm at Sykes Funeral Home and again on Sat. from 11:00 am until the time of service at 1:00 pm.
Hazel passed away on Thursday, Sept. 08, 2016 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on July 06, 1934 in Montgomery County, TN to Isacc A. Baggett and Addie Neblett Baggett. She was a member of Hilldale Baptist Church, and was a retired Vice President from First Federal Savings Bank.
In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husbands Fred Tumm, and Cecil Pepper.
She is survived by her daughter, Cathy (Billy) Manners; son, Greg (Pam) Tumm; step-daughter, Pat (Larry) Boleware; grandchildren; Shannon (Chris) Malugin, Brittyne (Eric) Kennington, Bayley & Hayden Tumm; great grandchildren, Colin Malugin, Micah Kennington, Luca Kennington, Camilla Kennington; great great grandchild; Bella Malugin.
