Guadalupe Godinez
December 12, 1936 — April 5, 2015
Lupe passed peacefully from this life on the evening of April 5th, after a gradual decline in health. She was surrounded by her loving family and caregivers in the last few minutes of her life. Lupe was born in Denver, Colorado where she served the community as a Registered Nurse for over twenty years. After retiring, she joined her daughter in Savannah, Georgia, then finally to Clarksville, Tennessee in 2000 where she lived for the rest of her life.
Lupe is survived by two children (and spouses), Michael Manzanares (Darlene) and Michelle Ornelas (Jose). Her legacy includes eight Grand Children and nine Great Grand Children, and one Great-Great Grandchild.
A Rosary and Mass will be held at St. Mary Magdalene 2771 Zenobia Street, Denver CO 80212 on Monday April 13th 2015 at 11 am.
