Mr. Lewis was employed by Pfizer Pharmaceutical and the Zinc Plant. He was a Veteran of the US Army.
He is survived by his wife, Vicky L. Lewis, Clarksville; son, Gary (Laura) Lewis, Jr.; daughter, Sonya (Eric) Smith, Casey, IL; grandson, Dalton Gage Smith, Casey, IL; brothers, Billy (Pam) Lewis, FL; Brad (Carol) Lewis, UT; David Lewis, Jacksonville, IL; Donald (Brenda) Lewis, RI; John Lewis, RI; sisters, Diane Card, RI; Delma (Ben) Barber, RI.
