Fredrick Franklin Persinger, 91, Dover, died Tuesday, March 2, 2010, at his home.
The funeral will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jon Justice officiating.
Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 2:00 to 8:00 p.m. Thursday and from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the funeral home.
A Masonic Service will be held 7:00 p.m. Thursday at at the funeral home.Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
