Floyd Raymond Cooper, age 78, of Clarksville, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2013 at Skyline Medical Center. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 28, 2013 at Riverview Cemetery with Russell Cooper officiating. Visitation will be 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at Sykes Funeral Home.
He was born in Clarksville, TN on February 2, 1935 to the late Floyd Alfred and Mary Pierce Cooper. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Lillian Louise Cooper; daughter, Freda Ramona Nickel; grandson, John Alfred Nickel and brother, Frank Poston.
He was employed by Dority Body Shop and Jenkins & Wynn Ford dealership as an Auto Body Repairman.
He is survived by sons, Floyd Raymon Cooper, Floyd Russell Cooper, Floyd Rhondo Cooper; daughter, Rhonda Canter; sister, Anna Clinard; 11 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
Family and Friends will serve as pallbearers.
