Funeral service for Erika Brigitte Martin, age 76 of Clarksville, will be Thursday, January 25, 2018 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Mt. Zion Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home, and Thursday, January 25, 2018 from 11:00 AM until the time of service.
Erika passed away on Monday, January 22, 2018 at Tennova Healthcare. She was born on September 28, 1941 in Pforzheim, Germany to Wilhelm and Amalie Dietrich.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Edward Eugene Martin, sisters; Inge, Elfrede, and Gerda, brothers; Herbert, and Hans.
She is survived by her sons; James (Mary Ann) Martin, Bobby (Kathy) Martin, and Billy (Cindy) Martin, brothers; Horst and Hangley, grandchildren; Justin, Lindsey, Billy, Bradley, James Eric, Jesse, Kristy, Daniel and Jennifer, great-grandchildren; Jaxson, Savannah, Aubree, Nathan, Sophie, Lani, Sebastian, Isaac, Hayden, Benjamin, Christopher, Alexis, Austin, Zackery, and Jeremy.
