Elwyn Evans

A Celebration of Life Service for Elwyn Earl Evans, age 90 of Clarksville, will be Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Resthaven Memorial Gardens beside his beloved wife Marie Evans.  The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 8, 2018 from 12:00 NOON until the time of service. Elwyn  passed away on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at his son's residence.  He was born on May 24, 1928 in Montgomery County, TN to Felix and Betty George Evans.

Elwyn is a veteran of the United States Army where he served in the Korean War. He was an avid hunter, a loving father and husband.

He is survived by his brother Phillip Evans, sister Sarah Miller, and sons Michael (Aleta) Evans and Steven (Diane) Evans.

May he rest in peace until Jesus comes. He will be missed.
