Ellen Marjorie (Atkins) Rittenberry, 77, Clarksville, died Monday, September 28, 2009, at Grace Healthcare.
The funeral will be held at 11;00 a.m. Wednesday at Sykes Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Mike Madewell officiating.
Burial will be in Smith-Austin Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday and from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service Wednesday at the funeral home.

Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Rittenberry was born December 17, 1931 in Stewart County, daughter of the late Lewis and Verniece Lewis Atkins, and widow of Odis Rittenberry. She was preceded in death by her brothers Elton Atkins; Bill Atkins; Kelly Atkins; and a sister Louise Butts.
She was retired from Acme Boot Co. and a member of Living Hope (Little Hope) Baptist Church.
Survived by two sons Fred (Kathy) Slack; Keith (Patty) Slack; daughters Jackie (David) Harrison and Angela (Glenn) Moody, all of Clarksville. Other survivors include a sister Eva Meers and brother George Atkins of Clarksville, nine grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeremy Slack, Glenn Moody, II, Adam Harrison, Shelton Slack, Nicholas Moody and Wyatt Jordan.
