Elke Melton

A visitation for Elke Angelika Melton, age 68, of Clarksville, TN, will be Monday, January 24, 2022 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home. Elke passed on January 19, 2022. She was born on June 9, 1953 in Lohr, Germany to Heinz and Elke Haring who preceded her in death.

Elke retired from realty after over 35 years of serving the Clarksville Community. She enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, gardening, traveling, and sailing. Elke loved being with her family and will be missed by all that were lucky enough to love and know her.

Elke is survived by her husband of 27 years, Robert Melton; children: Robert Melton, Jr., Angelika Sherman, Scott (Snow) Sherman, and David Sherman; sister, Maren Stamm; grandchildren: John Norsen, Alex Sherman, Scotty Sherman, and Emery Sherman.
