Edward Jerome Stack, 81, Clarksville, died Sunday, February 21, 2010, at Grace HealthCare Center. The funeral will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday at Sykes Funeral Home with Rev. Peg Augustine officiating. Burial will be in Brewers Chapel UMC Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. Tuesday and from 9:00 A.M. until hour of service Wednesday at Sykes Funeral Home. Sykes Funeral Home & Crematory is in charge of arrangements. Mr. Stack was born in Montgomery County, TN on October 26, 1928 to the late John Wesley and Cora Gillum Basford Stack. He was also preceded in death by brother, Roy Stack and sister, Birdie Virginia Albright. He served in the US Army. He was a retired farmer and Tobacco Loose Floor worker and a member of the Brewers Chapel United Methodist Church. He is survived by sister, Wilkie L. Poole of Clarksville; nephew, Joe (Christine) Albright of VA; neices, Bonnie (Marvin) Deaver of NC, Virginia (Jon) Justice of Clarksville and several great- nephews and great-neices. Pallbearers will be Joe Albright, Charles Head, Jamie Head, John Shearon, Keith Gupton, David Shores.
