A private graveside service for Edward Thomas Seay, 89, will be held at Resthaven Memorial Gardens, where he will be laid to rest alongside his wife Tennie Byard Seay.
Edward was born on September 13, 1934 in Montgomery County to Frances Seay. He passed away on March 31, 2024. Edward was an Army Veteran and worked for Orgain Ready Mix as a concrete truck driver for over 50 years. He also enjoyed spending time with his sons and friends tractor pulling.
In addition to his wife, Tennie, he is preceded in death by his mother, Frances Seay, brother James Lewis, sister, Marion Johnson, and son, Anthony Seay. He is survived by his son Eddie (Beth) Seay, grandchildren, Christopher (Tailor) Seay, Terry (Sonny) Seay, and Brittney (Austin) Mathis, 5 great-grandchildren, and sisters, Susie (Fernando) Williams, and Louise Quarles.
