Edna "Faye" Williams Miler

A Celebration of Life Edna "Faye" Williams Miler, 76, of Clarksville, TN will be Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 1:00 PM at Sykes Funeral Home with Bro. Mackens officiating. Burial will follow at First Baptist Church of Woodlawn. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 4:00 until 7:00 PM and again on Thursday from 11:00 until the hour of service. 

Faye was born on January 28, 1948 in Woodlawn, TN to Woodrow and Edna Shepherd. She tragically passed away on September 6, 2024 alongside her husband, of 13 years, Freddy Miler. Faye worked at Jostens and Acme Boot for many years. She was a loving faithful wife to Joe Williams for 43 years. After Joe passed, she met and fell in love with Freddy. They loved music, traveling, and fixing food for their family and friends, but most of all they loved the Lord. Faye will be missed by all who knew her. 

In addition to her parents, 1st husband, Joe, and 2nd husband, Freddy, Faye is proceeded in death by her son, Michael Williams, brothers, Donnie Shepherd, Roy Shepherd, Ledbetter Shepherd, and Larry Shepherd. Faye is survived by her son, Greg (Stacie) Williams, grandsons: Casey (Megan) Williams, Evan (Jaycee) Williams, Kyle (Hortensia Rodriguez) Williams, and Cory Benson, great- grandchildren, Oliver and Leona, brothers, Billy (Marilyn) Shepherd, Jimmy (Pam) Shepherd, sisters, Sue Biter, Bonnie Stone, Cornelia Moody, and Marilyn Webb, and daughter-in-law, Kim Williams. She is also survived by family by marriage, son, Robby (Michelle) Miler, grandsons, Brett Miler, Zachary Miler, Wesley Travis, granddaughters, Erica Travis and Shelby Thompson, and great grandchildren, Emma, Lucas, and Kaleb. 

Pallbearers will be: Jeff Shepherd, Jimmy Dean Shepherd, James Shepherd, Larry Dale Wyatt, Christopher Hodge, and Jerry Lee Martin
